Nnenne Nwigwe, separated from her husband and estranged from her family, honors the invitation of her grandmother - Agatha Udogu, for reconciliation between all of them. Agatha Udogu accepts an invitation to Lagos for the traditional wedding party of another granddaughter, hoping to use the opportunity to end a cold war between Nnenne and her mother - Celina Nwigwe.
